Why does my website not load?
Most often the domain does not point to the right server (A record), the name servers were changed recently (propagation in progress) or the domain has expired. The DNS tab checks these three points.
Why do my e-mails land in spam?
Mail providers such as Gmail require correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, reverse DNS and a sending address that is not on a blacklist. The E-mail tab checks all of this.
How long does DNS propagation take?
From a few minutes to 48 hours depending on the records' time to live (TTL) and internet providers' caches. The tool shows your domain's TTL.
My SSL certificate is about to expire, what should I do?
The free certificates included with our hosting renew automatically. If the tool reports an upcoming expiry or an untrusted certificate, open a ticket and we will regenerate it.
